28.4.2012: Call it a day, where Malaysia police ruled themselves to be right for every violence!

Bersih 3.0 Police

For some people, 28th of April is a great day. It’s a good day where you are free to hit and to hurt people, but can still claim yourself to be rightful for whatever means.

Bersih 3.0 Police

and yes, still mad.

I don’t know what’s wrong with these people. They are supposedly protecting us citizens. We have all the rights to be under their protections.  What I see is they hit, kick, sprayed water cannon, fired tear gas and detained innocent people, all including reporters or innocent tourists, still claimed every of their action for under careful consideration where it is necessary for them to take whatever actions that were taken. With all these videos and photos circulating among your people on those misconduct, and you Malaysian Minister of Home Affair can still turn a blind eye saying that ‘police acted with the utmost restraint and efficiency in handling the bersih 3.0 protest’, I am very surprise how you can simply pretend not seeing the naked truth just in front of you.

I do not deny the fact that, yes, there may be protestors who actually went too far, violated the initial agreement for not breaking the fence, to do something that was told not to do. But then again, you could just stop them at the instance, at least an effort to control the situation in a better way. Why have you choose to make it worse?

It’s more than necessary to fired tear-gas at the people. Like what I said, no one, except you police was mentally prepare for these. You imagine something more that merely a peaceful protest, that’s why you got your spies spread in the crowd and all those war equipments ready aside.

I know it is mean to say so, but i think it’s good that some of you got the chance to taste how it feel to be teared-gas. Thanks to the people who can still kick that back at you despite choked by the gas. Out there in the front-line, millions of people including young kids and old people were suffering from the gas. Their eyes, throats and skin were burning. They were gasping to breath.

Again, government, you failed us.
